Q How long do I have to wait for my new furniture?
A Much of our furniture is available from stock for delivery within a few working days right across the UK mainland. Some ranges are made to order, and delivery times may vary from a few days for standard products to 6 weeks for bespoke and special item

 


Q Who can help me with space planning?
A We offer a complete CAD space planning service, as well as a full quote service, allowing you to visualise options and plan your installation for maximum efficiency. Please contact us for further details.

 


Q What are the normal desk shapes?
A Desks are available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes making it possible to comfortable accommodate any number of staff.

 


Q Where can I see your furniture?
A We have large showrooms in Central London as well as in Guildford, Surrey and the West Midlands. Showrooms are open during normal business hours, and by appointment at other times. Please contact us for further details.

 


Q I have looked through your website, is that everything you do?
A We try to show as much information as we can on our website without making it too cluttered, but it by no means shows all of the products that we are able to offer.

 


Q What kind of guarantee do I get?
A Our products are covered by manufacturers’ guarantees, which vary with each product range and the quality of the furniture. This can vary between 12 months for budget range furniture up to 10 years for steel storage.

 


Q Why should I buy from you?
A We offer a wide range of office furniture products to suit all needs, often available from stock. We have extensive experience and knowledge of the office furniture industry which has been built up over many years.We advise on all aspects of health and safety, CAD design, ergonomics, lighting, wire management solutions and much more. We supply special and bespoke furniture as and when required without fuss. We are friendly and professional people. We offer very competitive prices.

 


Q What preparations should be made prior to delivery?
A If necessary, we will request access details and confirm a delivery time close to the installation date. We ask you to ensure that the delivery can be made to a clear site to enable trouble-free unpacking and assembly, and to inform us of any special circumstances which may affect our installation and delivery team, e.g., a narrow stairwell or other obstruction, or special security requirements. Some equipment, such as safes are only delivered to pavement-level ground-floor locations unless a delivery questionnaire is completed, and there are often extra costs for installing heavier items.

 


Q How do I know when my order will arrive?
A When you place your order, we will check stock and availability at that moment in time. If there is an item out of stock, we will contact you to advise you of this. As soon as the goods have been received at our depot, (usually between 5-7 working days from order) we will contact you to arrange delivery. Delivery schedules can be affected by seasonal factors, so be sure to order as early as possible.
